1. About this service

jdmhunter.net is operated by JDM Imports Arizona, based in Phoenix, Arizona. The site provides information about Japanese import vehicles available for purchase and import into the United States, along with market data, price estimates, and auction listings sourced from Japanese auction houses.

2. Information accuracy

Listings, prices, auction grades, and valuations displayed on this site are sourced from third-party auction feeds and dealer inventory systems. They are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee that any listing is currently available, correctly priced, or accurately described. Always verify details directly before committing to a purchase.

3. Import eligibility

The 25-year import eligibility dates displayed on this site are calculated estimates based on the vehicle's stated production year. They are not legal advice. Import regulations can change. You are responsible for confirming eligibility with US Customs and Border Protection and any relevant import broker before initiating a purchase.

4. No purchase contract

Browsing listings or submitting an enquiry on this site does not constitute a purchase agreement. A binding purchase agreement is only formed through a separate written contract between you and JDM Imports Arizona.

5. Member accounts

Member accounts are provided to allow you to save search preferences and receive notifications. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are misused.

6. Newsletters and alerts

By subscribing to price alerts or our newsletter, you consent to receiving emails from us on those topics. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

7. Limitation of liability

JDM Imports Arizona is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on this site, including but not limited to import costs, vehicle condition, auction outcomes, or changes in import regulations.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance.
